Shannon Perry-Smith, LCAS, LCMHC-A, NCC (Founder)

Welcome! I am a graduate of North Carolina Central University. There, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Masters of Art degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Addiction. My interest for counseling began at the early age of 15. My interest has transformed into a passion for helping individuals who struggle with mental health and everyday issues. Since 2019, I have successfully counseled clients through the use of various techniques such as Solution Focused Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, and Reality Therapy. I provide coping techniques to address various issues such as:
