Compassionate Therapy for All Ages
Sliding Scale Low Cost Therapy $0-45 (maximum).
We all navigate life in our own unique ways. My mission is to offer you a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, discover new perspectives, and foster personal growth in your life. Rooted in my counseling practice is a dedication to creating a safe and affirming space that encourages individuals to be their truest selves.

I am deeply passionate about assisting children between the ages of 6-13 who are grappling with anxiety, depression, and emotional concerns. I have a talent for establishing connections with children, which helps me to foster positive changes in their lives through therapy. Topics of interest include assisting parents of children on the Autism Spectrum, and children experiencing emotional dysregulation as a result of Department of Social Services (DSS) involvement, and the potential removal/reintegration from/with their primary caregivers. I also enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages who are navigating life’s challenges unique to them: managing anxiety, depression, exploring personal identity and values, processing grief and loss, relationship concerns, and more. Understanding that therapy takes courage and openness, I assure you that as your therapist, I'll support you, honor your pace, and help you unlock your natural ability to heal and grow.
