Join our Thriving Teens' Group: Navigating Life's Challenges
Free for Teens between the ages of 13-17 struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional issues. Teens will learn emotion regulation skills, how to effectively identify, understand, and manage emotions utilizing adaptive coping strategies, how to thrive in social settings, how to listen actively and manage conflict, and how to advocate for their needs being met. The group will begin on Saturday August 26, 2023 at 2pm, and will run for 8-weeks.
Providing Accountability In Recovery
Because we know how important it is for you to succeed in life and in recovery!
This program includes 4 monthly group sessions, 2 individual sessions, and weekly check-ins to help with mental health and substances abuse issues (based on client needs). Here, you will create goals, daily routines, and coping skills to help maintain recovery; and develop creative strategies to manage cravings, prevent complacency, and locate supportive resources to prevent relapse.
